- 240ml tomato ketchup (no sugar added)
- 30ml apple cider vinegar
- 30ml Worcestershire sauce
- 30ml honey or maple syrup
- 15g Dijon mustard
- 10g Maxi’s All Purpose Seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients over medium heat.
- Stir the mixture until well combined and bring it to a gentle simmer.
- Reduce the heat and let the sauce simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. If you prefer a sweeter sauce, add more honey or maple syrup.
- Once the sauce thickens to your desired consistency, remove it from the heat and let it cool.
