Maxi's Crispy Chilli Beef


  • 5 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • Red Chilli
  • Maxi's Lemon Pepper


  1. Slice the steak into thin strips and marinate in soy sauce for 15 mins.
  2. Chop the red bell pepper into large chunks and set aside.
  3. Finely chop or grate the garlic and ginger.
  4. Mix cornflour with Maxi's All Purpose and Lemon Pepper seasoning. Add the strips of steak and coat.
  5. Shake off the excess and place into an air fryer basket. Drizzle with oil and cook for 10-12 mins at 200 degrees celicius or until crispy.
  6. Mix together the soy sauce, ketchup, honey, lemon and some of Maxi's Lemon Pepper seasoning.
  7. Cook the peppers in a large frying pan or wok for a few mins. Then add the crispy beef, followed by the sauce. Cook away and reduce for 2 mins. Serve with fresh coriander and red chilli and enjoy!
