Max's Creamy Chicken Alfredo


(Per person)


  1. First slice your chicken breast in half to make them thinner. Coat in Maxi’s All-Purpose Seasoning and cook in a frying pan for 6-8 mins or until golden brown on both sides - then set aside.
  2. Add chopped garlic to the pan with some butter and cook for 1 min. Then add the milk, chicken stock and pasta. Cook for 8 mins.
  3. Add Maxi’s SPG, Maxi’s Lemon Pepper, Parmesan and Parsley. Mix well.
  4. Slice your chicken, place on top, cover with a lid and simmer on low for a few mins.
  5. Serve up and enjoy! You can top it with a little more parmesan and parsley for garnish and flavour.
